These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LET'S GO website, mobile experiences, and eSIM data plans (collectively, the “Services”) provided by RYAN CONSULTING SG PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “Company”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering a binding contract. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
2. Our Services
We sell prepaid mobile data eSIM profiles for compatible devices. Coverage, speed, validity period, and data allowance are described on the product page at the time of purchase. Services are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on third-party mobile network operators; availability and performance may vary by location, device, and network conditions.
3. Account & Orders
You may need an account to purchase or manage eSIMs. You are responsible for activity under your account. Prices, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm payment and issue your eSIM delivery details (for example, QR code or activation instructions).
4. eSIM Delivery & Activation
After purchase, you will receive instructions to install and activate your eSIM. You are responsible for:
- Using a device that supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked in a way that blocks installation;
- Installing the profile before the validity period begins (where applicable);
- Complying with local laws and operator fair-use policies.
Data consumption may begin upon activation or first network registration, as stated for your plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: reselling without authorization; attempting to circumvent technical limits; interfering with networks; using the Services for unlawful purposes; or violating applicable telecommunications regulations.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may result in cancellation of your order.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because eSIM profiles are digital goods, refunds may be limited once a profile has been issued or activated.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial travel connectivity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in all areas.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, you agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
